E3 Esaport
Part Number:
E3
The E3 Esaport is a compact, field-ready spark/arc optical emission spectrometer (OES) designed for on-site elemental analysis of metal alloys. Featuring a rugged argon-purged pistol probe with both spark and arc excitation modes, it delivers laboratory-level accuracy for alloy sorting, Positive Material Identification (PMI), and quality control in production, warehousing, and field environments.
The Esaport includes an alkaline one-touch touchscreen PC integrated into the body, optional battery power for roughly 2 hours of runtime, and a trolley accessory for enhanced portability.

Field Use with Lab Accuracy
Combines spark and arc modes for precise alloy testing, rivaling lab-grade instruments.
Multi-Matrix Alloy Analysis
Suitable for ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous alloys (Al, Cu, Ni, Ti), including light-element detection (C, Si, Mg).
Optional Battery & Trolley
Supports up to ~2 hours of field operation on battery, with a convenient travel trolley.
Durable Spark/Arc Probe
Argon-purged, robust design with both tungsten (spark) and copper (arc) electrodes for maximum versatility.
EOS® Touchscreen Interface
Embedded Intel NUC with EOS® software for alloy library selection (UNI, ASTM, DIN), automatic standardization, remote access, and certificate generation.
