The PQ300 (portable) and PQ300B (battery-powered) are electromagnetic ferromagnetic wear analyzers designed for rapid detection of ferrous wear particles in lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, and greases. They use a sensitive coil sensor that measures magnetic field perturbations caused by ferromagnetic particles (>1 µm), automatically providing a wear index (PQ) in just 7 seconds, without sample preparation.
