The HGC Series offers standalone humidity generation and precision control (5 %–90 % RH) for small to mid-sized environmental chambers, including those used in DataPhysics OCA and other systems. Equipped with an integrated pump, desiccant system, heated reservoir, and touchscreen interface—or controllable via SCH 20 software—the HGC ensures reliable humidity delivery without needing compressed gas. These units support research, quality control, and humidity-dependent testing across a variety of scientific and industrial applications .

Control humidity via the integrated touchscreen or through the SCH 20 Windows software, which enables humidity profiling, data logging, dew-point calculation, and export capabilities .
Automated Desiccant Regeneration
Built-in heating system alternates between two desiccant reservoirs (total 1 kg), automatically regenerating to maintain consistent performance.
