S1 MiniLab 150

Part Number: S1
The MiniLab 150 is an ultra-compact optical emission spectrometer that combines advanced spark-based excitation with a multi-CCD or high-resolution CMOS optical system. Despite its compact size (50 × 59 × 31 cm; ~35 kg), it delivers precise and rapid elemental analysis—in both ferrous and non-ferrous matrices (Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Zn, Ti, Mg, Co, Pb, Sn). Thanks to its argon-purged optics with low gas consumption (~10 L/day), it offers exceptional UV transparency and low operating costs
Multi-Matrix Capability
Capable of analyzing a wide spectrum of alloys including steel, aluminum, and copper matrices .
Advanced Optical Performance
Employs cosmic-quality high-luminosity holographic grating and four 3648-pixel CCD/CMOS detectors—offering <15 pm resolution .

Low Argon Consumption
Argon-purged chamber with proprietary low-flow technology—operates on just ~10 L/day .
EOS® Software Compatibility
Native Windows-based software supports single-sample standardization, alloy libraries (UNI, ASTM, DIN), certificate printouts, LIMS integration, network linking, and remote access .
Compact & User-Friendly
Compact size and intuitive interface reduce footprint and training time while maintaining powerful lab-grade performance.
