S9 Atlantis

Part Number: S9
The S9 Atlantis is GNR’s top-of-the-line laboratory optical emission spectrometer, combining decades of experience with advanced hybrid detection technology (PMT + CMOS). Designed for superior analytical performance, it caters to complex metallurgical tasks, including routine process control, quality assurance, and in-depth R&D applications.
Hybrid Detection System
Utilizes both photomultiplier tubes (PMT) and CMOS detectors (or full CMOS/PMT combo) for optimal sensitivity and precision—particularly effective for detecting light elements like N, O, P, and B.
Optional Vacuum-Enhanced Optics
Includes an optional two-stage vacuum system with turbo-molecular pump for enhanced UV detection and ultra-low trace element analysis.
High-Energy Pre-Spark (HEPS)
Computer-controlled multi-frequency spark source (200–1000 Hz) ensures stable excitation and repeatable data generation.
MDS Flexibility
Optional Multi Detector System (MDS) allows configuration flexibility and superior accuracy across multiple element groups.
Highly Versatile Alloy Analysis
Supports analysis of a wide range of alloys: Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Ti, Mg, Co, Pb, Sn, and more—with trace and main-element sensitivity.
Intuitive EOS® Software
Windows-based EOS® Suite facilitates automatic calibration, compliance certificates (UNI/ASTM/DIN), network connectivity, remote diagnostics, and self-diagnostics.
