Cito Autosampler for S-flow IV
Part Number:
Cito
The Cito Autosampler is a high-speed, modular robotic arm designed to fully automate the sample injection process for the S‑Flow IV+ kinematic viscometer. It seamlessly integrates with existing systems—servicing up to two S‑Flow IV+ units simultaneously (8 tubes total)—and enables unattended operation, enhancing throughput and consistency in viscosity testing .
High Throughput & Autonomy
Processes 25–80 injections per hour (up to 80/hr when both S‑Flow IV+ units are connected), operating completely unattended—even overnight .
Low Sample Volume & Precision
Compatible with samples ranging from 2 to 2,500 mm²/s, using standard or wide‑bore pipette tips according to viscosity—reducing human error .
Customizable Tray Configurations
Supports trays with 96 (30 mL cups) or 192 (12 mL vials), or custom trays to fit your workflow .
Drip-Prevention & Carry-Over Control
Equipped with a retractable drip-reservoir and built-in detection of liquid levels to avoid spills and contamination .
Complete Viscosity Index Workflow
From a single aspiration, executes injections at 40 °C and 100 °C across both baths to automatically calculate Viscosity Index .
Scalable & Upgradeable
Fully modular, can be field‑installed to any S‑Flow IV+; services dual units with expandable pipette tip and tray configurations .
